While this is true of the card in question, there ARE Chase cards where you can be approved without the bonus. So tread carefully.
Thanks for sharing some data points and experiences about getting more than one Chase Ink Business Cash/Unlimited. I'm considering to applying my 2nd CIC, but I happen to see the following rule before hitting the submit button. Should I be worried about not getting the SUB even if the application got approval?

"10) The new Cardmember bonus offer is only available if I do not have this card and have not received a new Cardmember bonus for this card in the past 24 months."
