A few years ago I held two IHG cards, with the non-10%-rebate Premier card my default for stays, and I never failed to get the 10% rebate from my $49 Select card. Now I've got two cards again: the Premier Business card and the old $49 Select card. I'm unsure if it's changed from a few years ago as I haven't had an award stay since opening the biz card. But older (2020) experience says you're fine.
