As it's becoming evening now, I'm no longer believing that the selection emails are coming today. I qualified in November, and it's disappointing that the lounge choice benefit isn't being delivered timely. I don't think a company should use IT as a justification for shorting a benefit. If they can't fix the IT then adjust the benefit terms. I certainly expected this choice benefit would be available at the start of the year, given the fixed end date.
