Could you go on your credit card website and pull up the transaction and satisfy them? I fly with them in a month and would have used 1 of 2 cards and one of them was reported as stolen and replaced. I guess I’ll check the bank website now.
With Air Canada they were not at all interested in looking at my statements that showed that I have paid it to Air Canada. I hope that EVA may be more polite and helpful but I cannot see them doing it either. The best situation is to call them now and explain the situation. That gives you time and time for them to sort things out.
