No it should +1 in March 2023 per the article
Even if you requalify for Titanium or Ambassador in 2023 it's still +1 years of Platinum (or higher) so I guess they're processing it then.
This, to me, makes it unlikely that they are tracking Titanium+ years if anyone still thinks Lifetime Titanium is coming back.
MAR have never tracked titanium years, and a lot of pre merger data regarding your historical stays got purged during the merger.. So yes if LTT would make comeback it cannot rely on Titanium years....
