While I have no doubt all of you are experiencing these issues, when I book a trip for my partner and myself, all fields, including KTN, populate for both of us. Admittedly, the last PNR creation was October 2022. The one field that had to be updated for both of us was the issuing country for the KTN. (And I can't see partner's full KTN, but enough to see it is there - and needed the issuing country updated.)
I have to fill out the issuing country on my KTN every time. It's also a known bug that's been there for a while.
