The hotel won't do this for you, this is for sure.
I tried calling titanium platinum customer service phone line too. they seem like they have same experience as myself... they first told me it's available, and then when they are ready to make the booking, they see system showing not available. So I am running out of ideas, except holding these 4 night booking and 1 night booking, and hope Marriott will reimburse the 5th night points to me.... I don't know if that's ever been done by someone else.
