Although I used GUF instead of Avios, and the taxes didn't change, it seems to have introduced an issue whereby the upgraded legs (2 out of 6) no longer present the eticket number. I can't fathom a reason why, aside from agent error perhaps?, so have emailed to query and might hear back in a week or two I suppose.
