The info on the T&C's and on the pinned info on this page seems to state that you only have to stay in a BA hotel for 5 nights - not the entire duration. However, I have just spoken to a CSA at BA and they were adamant that the hotel stay must be for the entire duration of the trip. She said it states duration on the webpage but of course it does not.

Does anyone have anything in writing from BA to clarify it is not the duration.
