Some observations using the App WLG-AKL-SIN(NZ)-BKK(SQ) return. PE return fare, RUs cleared bith ways in 77W. SQ sectors under NZ codeshare flight#.

AKL-SIN RU cleared walking between terminals, but App continued to show upgrade as pending. Seat number took a while to come through, and then the App e-BP. Still shows upgrade as pending.

SIN-BKK. No issues, App generated an e-BP for use with SQ.

BKK-SIN. Unable to do anything check-in related online with the App . So checked in online 24 hours prior with SQ, including a seat change and full API.

Initially none of this information was fed back to my booking or the App, even after actual checkin for all sectors at the BKK counter. App still said not checked in for NZ sectors.

SIN-AKL RU had cleared months ago, but the SQ printed BP made no mention of cabin class at all. Transfer desk at SIN said no need to re-print, and I had no access issues at the T3 SKL business lounge.

After nestling into the SKL, App refresh showed checked in for SIN-AKL, and AKL-WLG, but to collect BPs at airport. I had printed BP for all sectors with seq #s from BKK so was happy all was OK.

But App still asked to collect BP at the airport. The App never generated an e-BP for SIN-AKL.

Following proactive flight change AKL-WLG (overall delays inbound to SIN), I cant do anything with the new flight or make a seat selection. I suppose kiosk checkin at AKL domestic will resolve.

App does seem to have a few glitches, especially around refreshing with updated information.
