Are stays proactively being cancelled? I have a stay coming up on Friday but it doesn't look likely that that's gonna be happening or possible.
i emailed a few days ago to enquire about cancellation flexibility for stays in the next weeks and the reply back was that the hotel is maintaining its standard 14 day cancel policy. i'm sure that won't hold, but I cancelled anyway to avoid a fight.
