Thanks for the datapoint. I too hope they fix the A321neo issue soon. I just helped my mother book some F flights up to ANC next month for a visit, and 2 out of the 3 meal segments she is on are A321neos. She isn’t a fan of the bulkhead, so was only able to grab row 4 for her. Both flights are odd numbered, so hope they follow FEBO if the issue isn’t fixed by late February.
I'd recommend on planning to not have pre-selection available for the 321neo. I don't even think that IT knows this is an issue. Whenever I've mentioned something or reported it, agents always think it means the special meal selection and not this pre-selection thing.
