I did, but Agoda said listings are the responsibility of the hotel, which I agree with. And as far as I know, rate information is provided by the hotel, and the booking is directly with the hotel via the agency (so not prepaid/4th party reseller or anything). But unfortunately the hotel blamed the OTA for the mistake rather than attempting to correct it and encouraged me to book direct next time...
