As there is only one airpoints number noted.
With ANZ Airpoints Platinum the joining fee is waived for additional cardholders.
It requires calling the Koru phone number to join however (since the second airpoints number isn't provided up front), they will contact ANZ to confirm you are an additional cardholder and then sign you up.
