The Club Lounge is pretty much open all the time being assessible via keycards. However, there are only snacks and softdrinks served here.

For a hot breakfast or dinner, you will have to go to the hotel restaurant on the ground floor next to the lobby. Dinner is served from 6 to 9pm accompanied with free flow wine/beer. Breakfast is till 10 and has self-serve sparkling wine.
