What this year has shown (perhaps not a typical year) is that total spend, CPM, BIS etc seem to have no impact on WHEN the invitation comes. We have people with low historical spend getting Dec invites, those of us with historically high spends getting Jan 4 invites, etc. I believe that there is NO correlation between when you get the invite and your "worthiness"as a GS.
