DL 885: SFO to MSP

Menu above - seems to be DL trying to remind us they are an Atlanta-based airline.



The short rib was quite good. It's the beef cut you really can't ruin with reheating or overcooking, and I feel like it's been a really long time since Delta offered a simple meat-and-potatoes type entree domestically. This worked quite well.

The burrata salad was delicious, and the dessert was nice too.



Same salad (menu description to the contrary), but the main itself was not particularly great. About how it looks, perhaps?
