So basically it is an extra $35 to rent the Tesla--what a joke. It's already enough of a pain to find a place to charge it and spend the time to do so. I can see why Hertz was going to be bankrupt before buying their Tesla fleet. Oh well, when they go bankrupt again, there will be 100k Teslas available cheap.
