I’m looking forward to returning here for the first time since before
the pandemic in April
Noticed the increase in points for redemption
I’ve also noticed a near doubling of rates near 1000 dollars a night for revenue guest rooms.Perhaps just a high occupancy time?

Unable to use a suite upgrade here as told unavailable,
Is the hotel suite friendly to Globes at arrival
In the past my experience over the years was not so much

Also noted a new GM previously from Andaz Tokyo so not expecting much as that hotel had a policy of no suite upgrades
despite being a really nice hotel otherwise
