First-time GS here, surprised to see it when I logged in today to look for a flight. Not expecting much (frankly, not even sure what to expect in the first place, ha), but it's nice enough.

I'm PIT-based and last year notched around 43K PQPs and spend in the $40K range, if that helps anecdotally.

Edit: I should note that I started flying on UA in June, so this total reflects around 6 months of travel.
