You can lock an authorized user’s card. Given that there’s no authorization when using the card to enter lounges, I’m guessing it’ll still allow them to use the card to access lounges.

AU is not a US person - so no SSN/ITIN which is required for full access. Just want them to have lounge benefits - so a digital card will be perfect.
