Only priority lines are for diplomatic, crew, and ABTC. No transfer desk.You'll have to walk over to the domestic terminal (2 to 3 minutes) and check your bags. If you fly J with an ABTC card and no luggage, you can reliably make a connection with 50 minutes. Y with luggage and no ABTC, you should plan for 2 hours. 15:35 to 18;15 is plenty of time unless you're a nervous nelly, in which case I think there's also an 18:45 on VN which would give you even more time.
