Anger isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Besides, I’m retired and have plenty of time on my hands. By the way, that part about Singapore airlines having no responsibility with my ticket and everything has to be done though the travel agency isn’t correct. Having a basic economy ticket meant if I wanted to choice seats before check in, I had to pay $64. I paid and chose seats on the Singapore airlines app, not through the travel agency. Also, when I got home after flying Qatar airlines, I called Singapore airlines as a courtesy to let them know that I wouldn’t be taking the return flight. Within an hour, the return flight was removed from the Singapore airlines app. So, when it’s to their advantage, Singapore airlines will deal with items on your ticket. When it’s not to their advantage, they claim it’s out of their hands and contact the travel agency.
