As others have written, BA are only offering a 3-class service between LHR and HND, even if on some days the aircraft is a 787-9.

On the BA website, it is possible to book JL, as a BA code share, and JL F can be booked that way. However, my experience is that the JL F fares booked through BA are usually fully flex F fares even if the same JL flight has A fares available through the JL website.
