Even with AMS-IST-BOG-IST-AMS I can earn 25.739 miles with a single ticket!
I have used owenrudge.net for years but only for BAEC tier points calculation. You are right, AMS-BOG gives you more than 25.000 miles, so one roundtrip is sufficient to re-qualify in the first membership year.
