But there is something fun about the onboard service; the funny meals, the champagne and films. We’re lucky enough to have flown in premium cabins a fair few times (always for leisure) but never frequent enough for the novelty to wear off.

What would you do - sleep and be spritely for day 1 of holiday or savour and risk being zombie like with a toddler in tow?
Hi,

I did this in Jun 2022 ( albeit in F) . Had a quick meal on board ( skipped the movies) slept for 4 hrs then breakfast ( easier to do in F) I did feel tired but the hotel allowed a check in at 0900 so went for a walk then relaxed by the pool. Even getting a few hours sleep on board helps ime.

If in Club I would be tempted to dine in the lounge then sleep and have breakfast on board. I might be tempted to book a day room on arrival or arrange with the hotel for an early check in or book for the night before and comment that you will be arriving at 0830

Regards
