What would you do - sleep and be spritely for day 1 of holiday or savour and risk being zombie like with a toddler in tow?
I‘d try to sleep as much as possible and enjoy a decent meal at a restaurant (at my destination) instead of an inflight meal.
Yes, I‘ve to pay for the meal then, but I most often found a more relaxing and better tasting meal.
And I value a good nights sleep more than an inflight meal.
