The short queue for baggage check-in has been my primary reason for buying FFWD as sometimes the queue for regular check-in stretches forever. I have taken 8 Indigo flights in the last month, and my experience on the expedited baggage belt on arrival has been 100%, so overall I have been pleased with the extra INR 400 for the service.
