Holiday Inn Breakfast Policy (booking via Agoda)
Stayed in a Holiday Inn last week and booked through Agoda just last week, and the website said I would be getting "breakfast for 4 guests," all being adults. When I checked in at the front desk, they told me it was their policy to only offer 2 and would not budge even after showing them the reservation. It wasn't until talking to another employee which I finally got the other tickets. I've never had trouble getting the correct amount of tickets having stayed at multiple HI's (pre-covid), is this just a one off case with the franchise or is it normal to offer just 2?
