Welcome back. You don't need to make a separate post to reply to each question that has been asked of you, but that's not a phrasing that Amex would use.
Did you abuse the Membership Rewards program or otherwise violate the terms of your agreement? You pointedly refuse to answer that question clearly and just keep saying they should refund your annual fee regardless of that, and that all of these questions "do not matter." That's not how this works.
And if the CFPB already sided with Amex, your view that no matter what you did you are entitled to prorated refunds seems not to be supported.
You say "it may be true" that you violated the terms of the cardholder agreement you had with Amex. You don't get to unilaterally decide that you can break the contract
and then limit their remedies.
