I am guessing this is what you are saying.

Thank you for responding.
There are upgrade offer... From Amex gold to plat or biz gold to biz plat..

As I mentioned in my post, I filed CFPB complaint. But Amex said according to their T&C, they have the right to close your accounts, and their annual fee is only refunded within 30 days of closure. So if they closed my account after 30 days when the annual fee was assesed, then the annual fee was not refunded.

No further explanation.

Missed the fact that they all had such high annual fees, that is a big chunk of change.

And they don't tell you why at all?

That's right!
They all have high annual fee, and I did not used much of the reimbursement card benefits for that year so the annual fee was a total loss now.
The loss is about thousands of dollars.
They told me nothing. Just said I violated(abused) their rewards program, which may be true because I tried to make use of all the upgrade offer/SUB.

If they think I abused their rewards system, I am ok with the consequence that they shut down all my accounts.
However, I do not accept they do not do pro-rated refund when it is THEM who closed my account.

In the UK Amex almost all the time will do pro-rata refund of annual fees when customers close an account but not to sure what happens when they force the closure.

This certainly seems counter to my understanding of Amex practice. So OP has paid six $695 fees, presumably for card service the coming year, and no longer has the cards due to an Amex-initiated closure? Were the card refunds perhaps applied to outstanding balances? Had you recently redeemed a substantial number of MR points that Amex viewed as inappropriately earned?

I'd probably dig in with some effort to get $4,000 back, but it does seem like there's more to this story.

Yes, this is what happened.
I do not care that they closed by accounts based on what reason that believe (they did not give me a chance to argue).
What I am concerned is they do NOT pro-rate refund the annual fee.

All six annual fees posted at about the same time? Were all six opened at about the same time? Other than confirming that there is a line where AMEX will cut you off suddenly and dramatically, which I don't think surprises anyone, this thread is pretty useless without more context from the OP. Did they use these cards for anything more than earning SUB's and harvesting Platinum Card benefits? Were the transactions to earn SUB's manufactured spend in some manner?

No the cards were not opened about the same time.
But that does not matter.
I am just asking for a prorated refunds of the annual fee, but Amex refused.
