As of Jan 3, 2022, and with ongoing success in 2023 as reported below, Travel Bank posts as a Special Service Ticket reimbursed by Amex (but unofficially), or United Electronic Ticketing or United Airlines Houston.
Really appreciate your work on the wiki. I found it very helpful.

I was able to change my airline choice on the AMEX site. It indicates that as long as no purchase has been made toward an airline, a change can been made thru the end of January. I made the change with my AMEX Plat first. Easy. Then I didn't spot the right place to do it on AMEX Biz Plat so I used chat. Agent kept insisting that I had United chosen. Um, no, it was Southwest. After a wasted 15 minutes, I ended chat, logged out, went back online, and found the proper place to make the choice.
