Can’t comment on transport as has a rental car .
I was not too impressed with the IC Porto , I had booked a premium room and asked for a quiet one . I got a junior suite overlooking the building site at the front (they just started with heavy equipment) My partner was suffering with late stage lung cancer and was desperate to have open windows which was obviously impossible. I thought as an RA they might have warned me that the quiet rooms were being refurbished.
The restaurant was quite nice but bar was closed , this was late January so it might be open again , on the other hand who wants to sit with a bulldozer a couple of meters away
