If you want the all singing all dancing service with food and drink, would you not book a daytime flight?
I can assure you the BA178 daytime flight from jFK is not all singing and dancing in F. A mediocre breakfast and sub par afternoon tea. VS Premium Economy is better.. light breakfast on departure full meal about 90 mins out from LHR
