Interestingly, the website didnt show it available during upgrading at website at all, and I presume that was just due to using the 4SH vouchers to do it(she doesnt have 50k pts for J upgrade). That is kind of misleading as you dont know if it is a glitch or true unavailability. I confirmed this glitch checking same on my plat account, where I also have 4 SH vouchers, but the only option was available upgrade with points (sh vouchers option not visible)
Is this normal AY obsolete IT that you need to call in or chat in case wanna use 4sh vouchers for longhaul J upgrade?
You cannot upgrade LH with 4 SH vouchers YOU need to change 4 SH upgrades to a LH voucher only then will the system recognize the voucher for LH use...
