Thanks to HadesNL for his work. I have now creazted a Wiki based on his first post. I have sligfhtle re-arranganed some hotel within each country. Also links to the master thread have been provided, if we have one.

The wiki (click on see more if you do not see all information) can be edited by all flyertalkers with 100 post and being member for 100 days. I will se how this works and see together with HadesNL and my co-moderator jpdx if we can improve this wiki further.
