The contractor handed me a card that said "Our gift....500 Skymiles".

Inside the card he wrote in all the info that the website asked for (flt#, interviewer#, etc) EXCEPT for the 8-digit Survey ID. That number was actually pre-printed on the card.

I would assume you would need to have run into one of these surveyors in order to take the survey. I was just curiouse if anyone else had run into this. MC
