Adding another data point, transferred from MR to Aeroplan and it took 30 minutes; however, the website showed point value that was virtually unusable. I tried on the app and it seemed to go through. I switched to my partner's account on the app, and it strangely showed that the flight was already reserved. Free flight is nice and all but def not -- seemed like a bug in the system given no receipt produced. Booked it with points and then the email receipt came thru. Kind of in disbelief.
