In fact, it is QR change their equipment constantly. QR quite often have major equipment changes on the 4th & 24th every month.
Sometimes get frustrated when QR doesn't notify customers about equipment changes after booking is being made, the seat might have been changed. (i.e. messing around with their different types of 777s)
