I sent a follow-up email between Xmas and near year and am still waiting for a reply. Granted it’s the holiday period and they have a number of applicants to deal with, but from a pure customer services perspective I’m surprised Centurion can’t even merely acknowledge an email within the course of three or so weeks with a sprinkling of bank holidays. I’m sure the customer service is good once you’re signed up, but I’m not impressed with the lack of responsiveness. Perhaps they’ve looked more closely at my spending profile and they’re less impressed with me

Wow that’s shocking. I was assigned an acquisition representative the same day I responded to the email and in all fairness to her, she replies promptly. Back in November she mentioned there are delays being caused by the central risk team, but not heard anything since. Please do let me know how you get along and I will do the same once I have an update.
cheers!
