I received my invitation to join the UK centurion card by email beginning of November 2022, I accepted and applied the day after. I provided all the information requested and I was told that I would receive my card within 7-10 working days. However, I have not yet received the card or an update on my application status. Each time I ask for one, I’m told to leave it with them and also promised a call, but I’ve not received any calls. It’s ridiculous and it this stage I’m not sure if it has been reviewed. Has anyone else had recent experience applying for the card?
I received an email invitation in late November. I took a while to reflect on it as it came slightly out of the blue and I was tied up with work. I replied a week or so before Christmas (well within their 30 day stated period to apply) asking to discuss with a representative and received no reply. I sent a follow-up email between Xmas and near year and am still waiting for a reply. Granted it’s the holiday period and they have a number of applicants to deal with, but from a pure customer services perspective I’m surprised Centurion can’t even merely acknowledge an email within the course of three or so weeks with a sprinkling of bank holidays. I’m sure the customer service is good once you’re signed up, but I’m not impressed with the lack of responsiveness. Perhaps they’ve looked more closely at my spending profile and they’re less impressed with me
