If your “$49 annual fee version” is a personal card then YES, other things being acceptable, you can apply for this biz card. I received a SUB for biz card about 10-11 months after receiving a SUB for the personal card. (Thank you Chase and IHG for over 312,000 (SUB + minimum spend) points.)
