Spoke to the diamond desk this morning. Agent seemed very knowledgeable and had no clue what this was. She did tell me it did not appear I had any no shows, so the problem with the cancellation showing up weird on my account was not the problem.

She opened a ticket and said 7 to 14 days.... Agent on the chat yesterday said it will fix itself in 24 to 48 hours.
