Well it depends on how this was booked and how the MR# was attached (properly) or not. Did you pay for your room? That is key ... if you gold friend (or direct billing) paid for the room then ... no benefit.
It’s a postpaid stay, we payed at check out. In this case we paid all three rooms at once, by the person without status. If that would have been my card, would they have retrospectively granted me benefits when leaving?
