If you want to get sleeping in caves, take another hotel. It you want to have a real hotel and drive to the caves, take this hotel or the Cavo Tagoo, which is the only real hotel with a great view afaik.
By 'real hotel' you mean a non-cave hotel? I can probably name about 30 non-cave hotels in Santorini where I'd rather stay than this (I'd also pay 2-3x the price of this place to stay at Cavo Tagoo, frankly).
