Just staff serve it. It's not an issue at other properties where they do that. It should be no different to premises where it's an offence to serve the intoxicated under the Licensing Act.

True but it was only on my first visit here back in 2012 that they had spirits, it changed in 2013, same with Hilton Liverpool
That said no executive lounges have got better over the years, just continuous cutbacks .
