I'm just wondering if someone can clarify how many bonus miles I should have got on my marriott - united transfer when they had a 30% bonus promotion ending 26 Sept 2022.
I registered then transferred 120,000 marriott points over to united by 26 September. With the 30% bonus should I have got 50k for the transfer (with the marriott standard 25% bonus on transferring in lots of 60k) + another 15k united miles (which is 30% of the 50k united miles).
I have ended up with 55k united miles after this promotion. I thought I would get 65k as per the above calculation. I contact united who then said I should contact marriott. The usual run around. If anyone can clarify this please advise what you think I should have got for transferring 120k marriott to united.
