Mine experience was it booked into PE on both the SFO-HKG and HKG-BNE legs, with PE miles / taxes charged, with both seats shown as Business Class waitlisted on CX site. Never even see the reservation shown on AS site, nor receive any email. i.e. No AS ticket was ever issued. A day later called to find out why there was no AS email, was told there was no seat and AS suggested to cancel the booking.
How are you finding the res on CX if you don't have any emails from AS?
