I saw something on Reddit that I wanted to confirm here. "For online applications, you can apply 4 calendar days (weekend doesn’t matter) after product changing out of a sapphire."

Is this true? I was planning to PC (downgrade) my CSR to a Freedom (or Slate) tomorrow morning and then apply for the CSP later tmrw afternoon, so I'd like to verify that. What would happen if the above statement is true? Simply apply again after a few days with no issues? Thanks.
