Delta should 1st fix the IFE to 100% operational before rolling this out, as next FA's will have to also be trained in IT problem solving. The FA's will be like a Uber eats drivers when drinks and snacks are order on screen and just go back and forth. No more 90% inflight break time reading either People or catching up on gossip.
